For aviation claims, there is a £10 fee to the consumer.  ADR Scheme Rules for Aviation claims can be viewed HERE.

The Airline/Airport has several fee scale options to choose from when participating in the programme.  More details regarding Airline/Airport fees can be gathered by visiting the Airline/Airport Sign Up page, on our Contact Us page, or by emailing us at [email protected].

NetNeutrals EU was approved in July 2016 by the Civil Aviation Authority (the UK aviation regulator) to operate as an ADR body for aviation consumers.
NetNeutrals EU voluntarily withdrew from the CAA List of approved ADR providers in September 2017 with an intention of applying to re-enter the UK aviation disputes marketplace at a future date
