The average length of the process for direct negotiation is one week or less.
Once an ADR official is invited into the process, the time extends for an additional one to two weeks, for a total of 14 to 21 days.

Cases handled by post require additional time for delivery of documents, an average of 45 days is anticipated.

All cases will be resolved in less than 90 days from initiation of dispute to resolution.
